Other thoughts.
* Use a twitter hashtag and get a twitter account such as @barcampmadison
* Use something like Eventbrite for signup (easy and free and more features than google docs)
* get a non attendee to take lots of pictures (attendees are often busy attending sessions)
* Send thank you notes to all your sponsors.  It&#039;ll help you get them to sponsor again the next year.
* Send a feedback form to all attendees after the event

We just finished http://www.barcampmadison.org/ and these thoughts are fresh in my mind.
