		<description>I&#039;ve done this before, it was terribly embarrassing. My email list included several recruiters - it was Hi5.com and they seemed to continuously email people as well... which I knew because I was receiving several of their &#039;reminders&#039;.

I like signing into my address book from the network interface - saves a heap of time. But that experience made me a lot more cautious.</description>
